Composition is 100% ramie. ramie fabric fiber length, several times longer than cotton fiber length, after degumming treatment of ramie fiber luster is good, white. Ramie fabric is characterized by breathable and cool, which is mainly due to the large gap in its structure, so it is very breathable, water absorption and high moisture dissipation efficiency. Compared with cotton, ramie fiber is more than 7 times stronger than cotton, and its elongation is small and light, and it is about 20% lighter than cotton. Moreover, it is not afraid of moth and mould.
This fabric has the following feature:
1.Ramie fiber is the longest and finest in all kinds of hemp fiber. The fibers are between two and seven times longer than the finest cotton
2.Raw flax degummed after refining, fiber appearance white color, silky luster.
3.Ramie fiber structure in the gap is large, good air permeability, fast heat transfer, water absorption and rapid moisture dissipation, so wearing hemp fabric has a cool feeling.
4.Ramie fiber has high strength but low elongation. It is seven or eight times stronger than cotton.
5.Ramie fiber is not susceptible to mold and moth corrosion, and is light. Compared with cotton and ramie cloth, ramie cloth is 20 percent lighter

We mainly produce each kind of fabric for garment, home textiles , and out-door facility ,including 100% polyester fabric, 100% nylon fabric and interwoven fabric (nylon cotton fabric, cotton nylon fabric, polyester cotton fabric, nylon polyester fabric and polyester nylon cotton fabric). Each fabric can be treated with different finish.
As for production, we have a whole detailed process: quality approval - lab-dip approval -greige fabric production - greige fabric inspection - dyeing, printing & other finishing - packing - product delivery. The whole production process is followed up by skilled workers to ensure product quality.
